What happens at an On-Site Mobility Clinic?

A 2-hour, hands-on clinic providing mobility device tune-ups, safety checks, and personalized equipment fitting.

We honor most special repair requests and offer new mobility equipment, accessories, and safety essentials for purchase on-site at every clinic.

2

What happens during a Safety Assessment?

A StayAble Safety Assessment is an in-home fall-prevention evaluation that identifies environmental risks and mobility barriers.

We assess lighting, flooring, stairs, bathroom safety, and daily movement paths, then provide a written summary with prioritized recommendations, equipment suggestions, and trusted referrals.

Half of the assessment fee can be applied toward equipment purchased through StayAble.

3

How do you handle repairs, deposits, and follow up visits?

No-parts adjustments are completed on-site.

In-stock parts purchased at a clinic are installed complimentary, including fitting.

Special repair requests are honored with a 50% deposit before ordering, and follow-up visits are scheduled directly with the client or family, keeping facility operations undisrupted.

4

Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly.

Pricing is confirmed upfront, and reimbursement guidance is offered when applicable.
