1
What happens at an On-Site Mobility Clinic?
A 2-hour, hands-on mobility tune-ups that focus on safety, stability, and proper fit.
During each clinic, we:
• Inspect brakes and tighten as needed
• Adjust height and fit
• Secure wheels and axles
• Tighten handlebars and hardware
• Check wheel bearings
• Perform light cleaning and sanitizing
Accessories and new equipment are available for purchase.
2
What happens during a Safety Assessment?
A StayAble Safety Assessment is an in-home visit focused on reducing fall risk and improving everyday mobility.
We assess lighting, flooring, stairs, bathroom safety, and walking paths to identify potential hazards.
After the visit, you receive a written summary with prioritized recommendations, equipment guidance, and trusted referrals when needed.
Assessment Fee: $150
$50 credit applied toward equipment or support services.
3
How do you handle repairs, deposits, and follow up visits?
Most adjustments are completed during clinics whenever possible.
If additional parts or repairs are needed, we review options with you before moving forward.
Clinics are typically scheduled every 6 months in partnership with the facility to maintain ongoing safety and equipment performance.
Individual repair follow-ups or equipment purchases are scheduled directly with the client or family.
4
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly.
Pricing is confirmed upfront, and reimbursement guidance is offered when applicable.
